Photo conversion happens in your browser. The website also connects to hosting, advertising and optional payment services as described below.

Photos and converted files

The converter reads files you select or drop into the page. It processes those files on your device and does not upload them to a photo conversion server. File names, dimensions, sizes and progress are used to display your current queue. The conversion code does not send this queue information to an advertising or analytics service.

Clear all removes the current queue. Closing or reloading the page clears its in-memory results. Copies you have already downloaded or saved to a folder remain on your device. The converter does not overwrite your original photos.

Folder access

When supported by your browser, you can choose a destination folder and grant permission to write converted copies into a new subfolder. That permission is controlled by your browser. Browsers without this capability offer individual downloads.

Advertising and cookies

Converter pages use Google AdSense. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to select ads based on earlier visits to this site and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can also allow its partners to personalize advertising using those visits. Other participating ad networks may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

Where an advertising consent message is displayed, use its available choices to manage or revisit your preferences. Browser settings can also control cookies. Disabling cookies or advertising does not change how the local photo conversion code processes your images.

Hosting and other page resources

The photo tools are hosted with Sites by OpenAI. Wix provides the optional donation services. Loading a page or an external resource sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the service delivering it. Pages may also load fonts from Google Fonts. These connections are separate from the on-device photo conversion process. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy, Wix Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy for those services’ practices.

Optional donations

If you choose to donate, the donation page sends the selected amount to Wix to create a checkout. Information you enter during checkout is handled by Wix and its payment providers. The site operator may receive donation and transaction records. Photo files are not part of that donation request.

Your choices

You can use the converters without an account or a donation, clear your queue, close the page, decline folder access and manage your browser’s permissions. Keep your originals when metadata, color information or future RAW editing matter.
